I am selling a copy of my personal home workout plan. This was created using my personal workout journals and my experience as a certified personal trainer. Proper equipment needed: two sets of dumb bells (medium and heavy) and a set of resistance bands. You'll also need some random household items (ie: chairs, soup cans, etc.). I recommend investing in a heart rate monitor for best results, but it's not necessary.
