Fitness Nutrition: How I can help you.

 

In addition to learning about humanphysiology and how our bodies use the energy we give them when getting my personal trainer certification, I went a step farther and added a fitness nutrition certification. I spend my free time studying sports nutrition and am constantly taking classes to keep my knowledge current and on the forefront of nutrition education. 

1 Month Meal Plan w/ Macro and Calorie Counts
 
This is a good meal plan for anyone starting their healthy eating journey. Each meal is different and "left overs" are always creative and used differently. This means that you are paying for a full month of different meals and snacks instead of getting repeats or left over days like many other plans.
 
I include macro and calorie counts for every meal. These are for one serving so you can make substitutions or additions to better suit your needs.
 
These plans are NOT simply supplying you with macro nutrients. My recipes are wholesome and supply your body with necessary micro-nutrients as well.

Custom Macro Calculation

 

I will calculate your ideal calorie and macro intake based on your goals and your body's needs. This package also includes recomendations for when to change your macros and by how much as you begin meeting your goals. I also include micro nutrient recomendations with good sources for getting them. While this package is not specifically a meal plan, I do include a couple sample recipes and meals to get you started.


You will have everything you need to begin meal planning for yourself.

Personalized Nutrition Coach Experience

 

This is basically a combination of the first two packages but even better. If you are a vegetarian, vegan, or have food allergies this is for you. Tell e your favorite foods, your lest favorite foods and what your precise goals are. (I have a handy form for you to fill out to simplify everything.) I will take everything I learn about you and design you a meal plan that perfectly suits your needs.

 

I'm a master in the kitchen and I specialize in satisfying cravings without sacrificing health. I focus on whole foods that are nutrient dense. One month into this plan and your entire body will feel refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to take on any challnge (perhaps one of my workout plans?).
